In 2020, the COLAS Group wanted to harmonize the production of its commercial documents in terms of both content and form. Split between two software programs, they chose XaitProposal for its common knowledge base and its IT security. Discover how XaitProposal has changed their way of working.
In 2012, SAMSIC launched a consultation to increase the transformation of offers and turnover with 3 objectives: professionalize and structure the production process of offers, integrate obsolescence management and data backup and increase the quality of offers by reducing production times.
In 2015, the management of GINGER CEBTP carried out an audit to identify the levers for improving our offers. Building an offer on our complex businesses required spending a lot of time and the final presentation did not match the investment spent. With the adoption of Jack in the Box, our objective was threefold: to save our employees time, improve the performance of our offers and promote the brand image of GINGER CEBTP.
At ENGIE Cofely, 400 employees are involved in drafting business proposals. In total, our agencies send out 8,000 proposals each year. When we put out a request for proposals to get help in this area, we were looking to improve the quality of both the form and content of our proposals.
